A StingxTamera(oc) One-Shot.
Sting, Natsu and Gajeel have a sort of 'heart to heart conversation', Gajeel is suddenly like a love Guru, Cana mocks them and just what is Sting and Natsu's problem?

The night air was cold, it was coming into Winter and Sting expected snow anytime now.
He laid on his girlfriends bed with her right next to him, she was using his broad chest like a pillow and in her arms there's a curled up Lector. Both were asleep soundlessly.
But unfortunately, Sting wasn't as lucky.
It wasn't like he was uncomfortable, Tamera was sleeping closer to him than usual and has majority of the blanket around herself because of the cool weather, but he was comfortable and so that definitely wasn't what was bothering him.
He just has something on his mind; they were words he was told from none other than Tamera's friend, Gajeel.

Only this morning, while Lucy took Tamera out shopping, Sting waited at Fairy Tail's guild hall for her return. Both Natsu and Gajeel approached him arguing.
"You're only pissed because Lucy chose to hang out with Tamera instead of you!" Gajeel yelled at the Salamander.
"Am not!" He argued. Although they both knew that Gajeel was definitely right and Natsu was defeated.
"Tch" Gajeel muttered as he slid into a seat next to Sting and Natsu sat opposite of them.
"Can't you take your pointless arguing elsewhere?" Sting asked, his tone low and annoyed.
"Pointless?!" Natsu repeated.
"Tch, it's not like you're okay either. You've been attached to her hip since we got back from Crocus and now that you aren't, it's making you feel anxious." Gajeel said smoothly.
"What makes you think that, Gajeel-san?" Sting asked, although he knew Gajeel was right.
"You're not loud like Salamander, but even for you, you're quiet." Gajeel said matter of factually.
There was a slight pause and Sting exhaled. He hadn't realized until now, how much he really was tensing.
"Can you really blame us though?" Sting asked, his scarred brow raised.
"Yeah it's not like you have anything to worry about, Levy's right up there!" Natsu yelled a little too loudly, which made Levy look in the direction that she had heard her name, but when she asked who called her name, nobody answered.
Gajeel was rigid for a minute, hoping she didn't hear that, but he just knew she did.
After a pause, his body loosened and he spoke again. "Why didn't you just go with the girls?" Gajeel asked.
"We tried." Both Natsu and Sting replied in unison.
Both boys recalled the unsuccessful conversation of offering to come along, for Natsu it ended with a scowling Lucy and a rather nasty bump on his head and for Sting, it ended with a rather upset Tamera.
They did however manage to make a compromise, both Lector and Happy were to accompany them.
And boy, could that girl make Sting feel that guilty without trying, she has this look that can always crumble his walls and it doesn't matter if she was in the wrong, he'd apologize anyway.
"Oi I have my reason, I watched Lucy... I'm not doing that again, But Sting, why are you so paranoid?" Natsu asked.
Sting flinched at Natsu's question.
Why was he so paranoid? He didn't even know himself. Natsu had every right to be, but did Sting?
Thinking about it, apart of him felt sympathy for Natsu, Sting didn't know what he'd do if he had to watch Tamera die.
He was just about to reply, but Gajeel cut in. "It's a Dragon Slayer thing, isn't it? Some say we're more protective then the average guy because well, we have dragon like instincts."
Sting only nodded, Gajeel was right.
"Should I be worried? I mean, you three are having a conversation about feelings." Suddenly, Fairy Tail's number one drinker, appeared at their side.
"Shut it Cana!" Natsu growled as he turned his head away so he could hide his embarrassment.
The brunette only laughed and slid into the seat next to the Salamander.
All three boys suddenly went quiet.
"Aw guys, don't just go quiet, come and tell Auntie Cana what you're feeling" Cana mocked while grinning. Sting scrunched up his nose; still not used to the overwhelming fumes of alcohol that usually surrounded her.
"'Auntie Cana'... really?" Gajeel asked.
She only nodded and took a drink from her glass.
Then both Sting and Natsu turned at the door, both could smell their partners scent approaching.
They could smell anything alarming, so both boys relaxed as the doors swung open.
"Natsu~" Lucy called.
"Sting~" Tamera called straight after.
Both looked in their direction.
There both stood, fine but exhausted. In their hands they held several bags and even Happy and Lector were holding their own bag.
"Help us?" Tamera asked with a pout. Sting caved.
"Jeezus Luce, who brought what?"
"N-Natsu, take mine quickly!" Happy said as he flapped his wings hard, looking very exhausted.
Natsu quickly took them off of the blue cat and he slowly fell onto Natsu shoulder. Everyone doubted he'd move anytime soon.
"I think Lector and me have mine, Happy and Lucy have hers." Tamera told them with a smile as she handed two of the bags over to Sting.
Sting obliged and took them. Well she obviously wasn't too upset still.
Sting looked at his exceed companion and he looked tired, but no where near as bad as Happy.
"I don't need help Sting-kun. I'm tough!" Lector exclaimed.
All lies and Sting knew it, so he grabbed them for his cat.
Eventually, the girls left only holding the cats while the boys followed behind holding all their bags.

It was almost maddening. Especially since Tamera is probably the affectionate person in that guild, and will happily hug her guy friends without realizing what it does to Sting.
He wasn't mad at her, not at all. He just wanted to hit the guy, every single one of them.
Then it's his paranoia, he just has it in his head that if she's out of his sight, she'll disappear or something and whenever he tried to keep her in his sights, she just gets upset, which creates a whole new problem for the boy.
She'd accuse him of calling her weak, which as much as it sounded, it definitely wasn't his intention at all.
Then his thoughts were interrupted by Tamera beginning to wake from her peaceful slumber.
She noticed straight away that Sting was still awake, she rubbed her eyes and then used her hands to prop herself up on his chest. She could just see him due to the moonlight shining from the window.
Sting looked at her, her dark blue eyes were barely open and her brows were furrowed. He could tell just by that, that she was curious and worried about him.
"Sting, are you okay?" She whispered.
"I'm fine Tam, go back to sleep." He replied in a low voice.
"Forget whatever is on your mind, okay?" She reached up and kissed his cheek.
He always forgets just how well she knows him.
The girl turned over, grabbing Lector on the way and was now using his bicep for a pillow. Sighing, he turned over and wrapped his free arm over her stomach and shut his eyes.
He figured that maybe an actual heart to heart conversation just may do some good. He thought he'd contemplate it for now, he just had to figure out who the best person would be. It obviously had to be someone who wouldn't make a huge fuss and that crossed out just about everyone in Fairy Tail. Finding someone, might be tougher than he imagined.
It took a while, but eventually sleep came to Sting and for once it was a peaceful sleep. No twisted dreams and no waking up every few hours, just sleep. And for that, he was glad.
